Abstract
日本人の異文化体験者に関するこれまでの研究を概観し、異文化体験の影響を考えていく上で、心理力動的、長期的な影響を捉えていくことの有用性を示した。
Abstract
Literature related to the impact of cross-cultural experience with Japanese samples was reviewed. It was aimed to suggest issues that need to be focused for exploration on how cross-cultural experience effects personality development. Importance of qualitative research, and examination on long-term effects were suggested.
