This research aims to extract and propose a framework of the treatment for, so to speak, honors student based upon the relevant survey in domestic and abroad. First, we outline the examples of treating the honors student in several countries such as America, China, Japan and so forth. To note in America, many universities offer honors college/program then the statistical characteristics are summarized. Second, based upon the information above, we propose a framework consisting of three types of fostering, reward and exemption.
