Research on the Childcare Givers' Consideration in Baby Childcare : About the influence that the presence of the baby childcare experience exerts on the childcare givers' consideration

Abstract
In the baby child care, there is an important role to support man's growth development at the early stage. Moreover, it is necessary to consider the life maintenance and the safety control of the baby who is a passive person in the baby child care enough. As shown in these importances, the high quality of child care is required of the child care person who takes care of the baby. However, because of it is necessary knowledge and the technology may take up various topics in the baby child care, it is necessary the ability which is based on the experience might to acquire them. The purpose of this research is to examine a necessary consideration for the baby child care by comparing with the child care person who acquired the experience and who has little experience in the baby child care. As a result, the width of consideration by the difference of the experience of the child care person was not confirmed. However, the child care person's having consideration to the baby child care deepened more with an increase in experience became clear.
