In recent years, the learning-supports for university students like "First Year Experience" gains ground. However, students' behaviors of learning have not been examined well. To advance learning-support systems the behaviors have to be clarified in more detail. Therefore, in this paper, students' behaviors of learning will be discussed by the survey to them, and how students' ideas for their future work influence upon their behaviors of learning will be examined. The result of factor analysis shows that students' behaviors of learning are composed by three factors; "Laziness", "Class Oriented" and "Earnest". "Laziness" is a type of students who neglects classes. "Class Oriented" is a type of students who have positive ideas for classes. "Earnest" is a type of students who study seriously. These three factors are influenced by their ideas for future work; "Class Oriented" and "Earnest" have clear vision for their future jobs. On the other hand, "Laziness" doesn't have clear vision for their future jobs after their graduates. As a result, whether students have visions about future jobs or not, effects their activities for the studies in their university life.
