The purpose of this paper is to show how a nursery teacher has met the constantly changing circumstances of society and developed herself by analyzing of the process of forming nursery teacher's belief. This study adopted Life History approach, had interviewed a female nursery teacher who worked for a private Christianity nursery school in November 2006. As the results, that suggested that the nursery teacher was described as the "reflective practitioner" model, she dealt with complex and dynamic actual practice of childcare based on her beliefs, by not adhering to educational theory and a superficial technology, but improving her own beliefs in her everyday practices.
