China-Japan was no formal communication in the Yuan Dynasty, but maritime and monk that were leading non-governmental exchanges were prevailing. Monk got into the Yuan Dynasty and Japan by merchant ship, and they had became the backbone of cultural exchanges at that time. The main exploration is the cultural exchange between the monk and literati in this essay. Their communication was expressed by poems and song. Through these stories, investigate how these monks accessed the advanced country's culture at that time, and how to convey the culture of learning after returning. Finally this things is laying the foundation for Japan "gosann literature".
