The purpose of this study is to examine applicability as the game analysis technique of pressure distribution model in the basketball game by adding the aspect like the area characteristic and the ball movement. The top-level of a domestic game was analyzed, and the relation between the appearance frequency and the ball movement frequency of the domination space was analyzed. As a result, in the outside area, the tendency of ratio of the ball movement is higher than the ratio of the appearance of the domination space in a high-ranking order of the domination space was shown. Therefore, in the attack of A team, it was thought that the domination space had been used more appropriately than inside in outside. In the inside area, it was thought that the space had been effectively used in area b. However, it was thought that the space had not been effectively used in area d. Thus, it is thought that the situation of the space differing in a symmetric area is bias of attack strategy of A team or bias of defense strategy of opponent (zone defense etc.). From these results, quantifying the use of the space that is one of the important problems in the group tactics by using this research technique became possible.
