The purpose of this study is to examine the viewpoint about how to develop an exercise program for senior citizen which can help them exercise in happiness without any anxiety, exercise continuously without any decline in motivation. Especially in the fall prevention of senior citizen, the aim of this program is to maintain or improve the body function which is closely related with falls and it includes balance ability, coordination and muscle strength. Moreover, new approach in this exercise program consists of a series of gymnastic actions accompanied by music, using safety apparatus such as ball and rejection of insipid repetitions. In other words, the viewpoint of the development of this exercise program is devised for pursuing happiness and increasing exercise motivation.
