This report focuses on the teacher training activities included in ’A Yummy Curriculum: Teaching Kids to Keep Healthy’, a private food education organization in China. It aims to clarify the current status of the training to learn how teachers' awareness changes after completing the training activities, what kinds of content are presented, how food education lessons are delivered in actual workplaces and what kinds of requests teachers have for the future promotion of food education. We also wanted to explore how to improve the organization in the future. We found that the training activities were considered a ground-breaking initiative in China and that teachers' awareness of food was high, but there were also concerns. Among them were the need to improve the training contents, including methods for teaching theoretical knowledge and cooking practice, and to support the establishment of food education classes and the allocation of reasonable budgets for the same.
