The aim of this study were (1) extracting the specific behavior of student guidance (sense of presence, empathetic relationship, self-determination) and the artistic behavior from pre-service music teachers’ lessons, and (2) examining the effect of information sharing on pre-service music teachers among practice schools. After each practical lesson, pre-service music teachers looked back on whether they could work out based on student guidance and reach the artistic level in their instructions or not. Mentors exchange observations on each pre-service music teachers with mentors in paired school. The main findings are summarized as follows: First, many types of teacher’s behavior extracted from music lessons serve as a guideline for future teaching practice. Second, better practical work will be provided when practice schools have a good relationship and exchange information about teaching materials, lesson plans, and what pre-service teachers are like.
