Abstract
Until now, the researches regarding the children's play were mostly emphasizing a focus on how to start and what kind of process follow in the play. On the other hand, it is hardly seeing the research which is focusing to the pathway how child finish playing. Behind this background, the interests of these researches are how to make play continue and emphasizing the continuity of play, were assignment. So this research is focusing on the pathway how child finish playing as new viewpoint, and comparing the difference among three-, four-and five years old by the observation based on original frame which was made in this research. Eventually, this research aims at deepening child understanding from new aspect. The results of analysis, the following couple of points were indicated as the characteristic of each age. 1)Three years olds are tend to be self-conclusion type and an individual factor influences strongly. 2) Four years olds are tend to finish playing by the fixed groups are disrupted. 3) Five years olds are tend to be hard noticing when play finished. These results lead us to the conclusion that free play is formed by keeping of peer group and play.
