Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to clarify some facts of the teacher training of the common language guidance in Showa 30's Kagoshima. The teacher training was done after school in Friday and every morning stuff meeting. In the training after school in Friday, the main purpose is to study the common language theory. The content is to make the report from various references. On the other hand, training of the every morning stuff meeting had many contents. For example, singing of the song, reading 'Kotoba no hon', simulation. Through a practical activity, the purpose is to acquire the accent and the intonation of common language. There is two meaning of the teacher training. 1) The teachers work hard to acquire the theory and putting it practical ground, 2) Teacher had recognized importance of teachers training because he or she had tried becoming child's vocal model.
