The purpose of this paper is to report the findings of school inspections that focused on Tachers' Professional Development in School Counseling and Guidance in Hong Kong. We visited Education Bureau, 2 universities, and 3 schools and found that there is a well-organized relationships between Education bureau, universities, NGO, and schools. In addition, we learnt 1) the importance of systematic organized goal setting 2) possibility of collaboration between Education Bureau and University and 3) support system and methods for teachers.
