Abstract
For the language learning of intermediate Japanese learners, the shadowing training has yet been proven to be effective. But there are some studies point out the training is hard to achieve the desired effect because it’s difficult for Japanese learners to insist for a long time training. In this study, I will try to figure out these two questions. 1. How do the emotional aspects changing during a long-term shadowing training. 2. How do the learners’ beliefs of language studying influence the emotional changes.   

On the basis of study of 10 weeks persistent shadowing training, I’ve got the following conclusions: the learner’s emotional changes are divided into the wholeness tendency and the personal inclination, and the personal inclination is affected by language learning beliefs of learners.
