In this paper, the Motion (Judo Skills) was compared with the Breath during the Judo practice(Kakari-renshuu)of the Experts and the Beginners. As a result, it showed as follows: 1) The motion timing of the Experts was synchronized with the breath' one of them. 2) Experts showed the effective motion timing that can play the maximum power and quickness. 3) Beginners were not able to play the motion timing effectively, as they could not keep stable in the breath rhythms. 4) It was conjectured that the Beginners could not afford repeated practices in long period and large numbers. 5) For the effective motion development of the Beginners in Kakari-renshuu, we think that it must be necessary to instruct the practice, which is focus on the synchronization between the motion timing and the breath.
