Abstract
This article provides an outline of the follow-up classroom practice in English classes based on the Hiroshima University Campus Ubiquitous Project, and presents the details of the teaching syllabus/procedures, teaching materials for WBT (Web Based Training), and also a new evaluation system using TOEIC scores. In this project, schedules are set up so that the same three teachers will take charge of the same English classes (Communication IB and Communication IIB) during the course of the whole year. The students are first-year students in the Department of Economics, and each class is conducted by means of a CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning) classroom, as well as an online network system. Based on achievements and problems during the previous year's project (see, Enokida, Maeda, Isoda, & Tagashira, 2006, 2007), some attempts are instigated for further curriculum/lesson developments: offering the classes at the same period of the time, incorporating the TOEIC scores into the evaluation system, and providing new original WBT materials.
