The purposes of this study are to reflect three-year research promotion management as a research director by reviewing documents completed during experimental school periods (2012-2014) and training workshops, and to reveal the outcomes and challenges. Specifically, the study results and the effectiveness of the workshops were sorted out as data in a matrix made by the author. This study revealed that there was room for improvement in the content and for efficiency, even though those documents and workshops were made along with its purpose in the research framework. This result would be useful for future research promotion management work as a research director and for efficiency improvement. However, this assessment was solely given by the author, and that it was not gone under review of research development organization.
