The purpose of this study is to explore how we can nurture five-year-old children with an ability to support each other in a group by expressing how one feels and thinking of how others feel and complying with them. Children often care only for those who have good relationships with them while they don't necessarily care for those who are not. Therefore, this study examines what teachers enable children to encourage children to assist each other and bring up themselves as a group in terms of environment and support providing by teachers. While this study revealed that teachers could provide for children's growth in a group by 1) making an environment, in which they can express themselves without anxiety; 2) making them conscious of their individuality in a group; 3) making them not avoid conflicts with their friends; and 4) helping them satisfy themselves finding their roles at play, how teachers can make the environment remains to be explored.
