This study aims at examining the role of school nurse's office through health guidance based on fostering students' self-efficacy and observation of actual correspondence at nurse's office. This study defined the word "self-efficacy" as "cherishing themselves as they are, including both positive and negative aspects" based on literature reviews, and conducted the program that foster self-efficacy from the perspectives of 'self-awareness' and 'diverse values'. Findings reveal that the study deepen the author' s understanding of own feelings and differences between other people through health guidance, by considering people's feelings at various situations. Furthermore, by responding to children in a manner that they can realize their feelings are sincerely listened to and embraced, children are able to acknowledge themselves and be ready to accept themselves positively. In order to foster children's' self-efficacy, further health guidance and management of nurse's office that is aiming at fostering self-efficacy are essential.
