The present study aimed to clarify the content of the Peace Project taking place in 2014 and learners' changes through the project. The unit has been developed and implemented at the school for 10 years, with precisely established contents and assessment methods. In May and June, before starting the Peace Project, we conducted a direct experience learning in which learners receive a lecture from a person who experienced the bombing, a preview of places to guide international students, and introduced the Peace Memorial Park to them in English. Through the learning activities, more students realized their own changes. This unit will last in and after next school year, we would like to modify the lesson plan for next year.
