85 nursery school teachers and 73 temporary nursery school teachers working in the nursery schools practicing integration in Hiroshima city were investigated by questionnaires. We examined the troubles and worries of each teachers, and compared these results with those of investigations of 1994 and 1995.
The main results were as follows:
1. Not only some nursing experiences in ordinary nursing schools but also nursing practices with handicapped children were indispensable for nursery school teacher having classes to have enough communication with the parents of handicapped children, and to maintain cooperative relationship with temporary nursery school teachers.
2. These tendencies mentioned in above were recognized in temporary nursery school teachers. Furthermore, the nursing experiences with both children were indispensable for temporary nursery school teachers to make relationship with handicapped and other children, and to raise friendship of all children.
3. It became clear that all nursery school teachers have many troubles and worries about other children in classes. This problem seems to be worth to consider in the future studies.
