In this thesis, a proposal comes at first of environments by Wakamoto which have a great deal to do with the teaching of arts and crafts. Then comes Mine' s report on his practice of "Street-Corner Watching" in arts and crafts in which he uses Wakamoto' s viewpoints of environments and examines Mine's practice.
Mine' s conclusion is that it is very effective for improving lessons to use in class Wakamoto' s proposal viewpoints of environments, the result of which leads to Mine' s remedial proposal of those by Wakamoto' s from Mine' s standpoint as a teacher of an elementary school.
