The purpose of the present study was to clarify the views of parents and nursery school or preschool teachers about the administrative shift of Nintei-Kodomoen as comprehensive facilities. The questionnaire was administered to 84 parents and 12 teachers of the comprehensive facilities implemented model project. The results of the analysis was that parents appreciated the breadth of the peer relations of children, and teachers appreciated the progress of the contents of daily program, the relationship between children and teachers, the education of pre-schoolchildren. Parents, on the other hand, didn't evaluate the progress of the contents of daily program and the condition of children as highly as teachers. The results suggest that the decrease in teachers' means and opportunities for talking to parents about children may cause differences between the view of parents and teachers.
