The purpose of this paper is to construct the postural stimulation figures in instructional situation, and determine the dimensional structure of the semantic space in which postural stimulation figures are showed; that is, to explore the nature, number and independence of the dimensions involved. And we investigated sex differences. Main findings were as followed. 1. We constructed five postural stimulation .figures in instructional situation. 2. A principal factor analysis yielded evidence for three independent dimensions. Each of these factors was nominated as "status", "stiffen", and "affection". 3. Sex differences were not seen in the whole postural stimulation figures in instructional situation. 4. Sex differences were seen in the particular postural stimulation figures except for "affection"
