Field and Learning : Thinking of the Locality of Hiroshima by means of Global Culture

Abstract
This paper aims to present the report of the fieldwork in terms of the memories of Hiroshima and soccer. The historical narrative of soccer and furthermore baseball in Hiroshima was given with some photos taken by the author. It was clarified that sports modern global culture acquired the locality when they came down to the people, since that was the characteristic of the embodiment. As the theoretical basis of the narratology, John Dewey's empirical philosophy, Ikuya Sato's principles of the fieldwork, and Hideki Kuwajima's aesthetics of sublime were referred to.
