96 nursery school teachers and 48 temporary nursery teachers working in the nursery schools admitting admission of disabled children in Hiroshima city were investigated by questionnaires. In this study, We aimed at examine two hypotheses. Firstly some nursing experience with disabled children was a necessary condition for nursery school teachers, secondly some ordinary nursing experience was an essential condition for temporary nursery school teachers.
The main results were as follows:
1. The first hypothesis was supported, in a word, some nursing experience with disabled children is necessary for nursery school teachers in case of making intimate relation with disabled children, their parents, and temporary nursery teachers.
2. The temporary nursery teachers having affluent experience tried to consider the heart of disabled children and their self-reliance.
3. The second hypothesis wasn't supported completely, that why, there were not sufficient subjects in this study. So we have to study about this hypothesis in the future studies.
