This paper aims to report on the result of the research on educational and learning experiences which teachers, be taking into service within three years, have had in the Faculty of Education, Graduate School of Education, Hiroshima University. The joint section of education and teacher education in the Faculty of Education, Graduate School of Education planed and implemented the research according to the plan of a middle period for six years since 2004.
The aim of the research is to clarify educational and learning experiences which teachers, be taking into service within three years, have had in the Faculty of Education, Graduate School of Education, Hiroshima University and to make the use of the result to improve the curriculum on the Faculty and Graduate School.
