Development of Japanese language classes incorporating mutual evaluation comments: Efforts at elementary and junior high schools to elicit "valid comments".
Abstract
In Japanese language classes at elementary and junior high schools, we practiced a method for students to evaluate each other using "valid comments" in the course of writing. By having students think about "effective comments" on their own, they were able to realize high quality peer evaluation.
