The aim of this paper was to make clear the process of making "Osada Pedagogy". The results of this paper were as follows. 1) Osada paid attention to laying the foundation of pedagogy as one of the sciences. 2) Osada understood by Pestalozzi's pedagogy he could distinguish pedagogical thoughts from another philoshopical thoughts. 3) Osada understood two important points by Pestalozzi's pedagogy. One was the relationship between social and individual. Osada understood that we should construct pedagogy from individual, that was "to establish country by educated people (Kyouiku Rikkoku)". And the other was the original method of understanding of educational activities, that was "to know essences by intuition (Honsitsu Cyokkan)". These were one of the fundamental factors of "Osada Pedagogy".
