Abstract
PRINSE is a simple retrieval system of peace research documents on a personal computer. The present paper is a report of the development of PRINSE. It first discusses the outline of the system, and then discusses its method of document retrieval and other various facilities, giving output examples. The program and the data will be open, on a certain condition, to other researchers.
