肢体不自由教育の専門性向上に関する現状と課題（１） : 自立活動の専門性向上に向けた予備的検討

本研究は，教員の専門性向上に向けて，身体の動きに関するワークショップ型研修の効果について予備的検討を行った。研修参加者は肢体不自由のある児童生徒にかかわる27名の学校教員であった。ワークショップでは，参加者同士でペアを組み，言語を介さずにコミュニケーションを行うこと，動作で自己表現をすること，他者の動きを模倣する等のプログラムが実施された。ワークショップの前後で参加者に対して，肢体不自由教育の専門性に関するアンケート調査を実施した。結果から，身体の動きに関するワークショップは，教員が感じる教育上の主観的困難さを低減させる可能性が示唆された。また，教師達は，重度重複障害児への指導法について学びのニーズを有していることが示された。

This research is the preliminary study to aim verifying the effects of somatics workshop for teacher’s specialty improvement. Participants were 27 teachers from school for children with physical disabilities. In this workshop, participants formed a pair and engage to send thoughts from one person to another without using any words, to do self-expression by words, to imitate the movement of others. A questionnaire about education for children with physical disabilities was distributed to all participants before and after in workshop. As a result of consideration, some teachers were reduced the subjective difficulties about education for children by somatics workshop and teachers wanted to learn about teaching strategies for children with severe disabilities.
