Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to clarification about the contents of the "Reflectivity".

First, to confirm the position of the key competencies for "Reflectivity" of DeSeCo in this paper.

Next, pick up the theory of Kegan on the theoretical background of the "Reflectivity" of DeSeCo, it will consider the facts. To obtain the perspective of language education to you based on them in the end, was anticipation of the life-span development.
