When thinking about the relationship between class management and subject tion, they can be neither embraced nor closely connected each other without careful consideration. However, should we not consider based on this, we would not be able to confront the problems in the school. For this reason, I started the activity that positions my practice. I attempted to analyze the practice of the subject of Japanese language associated with the class management as my "alter ego". Through this practice, it became clear that, in the group where "emotions are shared", it is important to "foster proactive and independent persons". I would like to give back those that have come out of this practice to the education sites of elementary school.
