The purpose of this study is to examine how to understand and support school nurse's office visitors, figuring out the situations of pupils of the school. The present study examined and analyzed attendance through health monitoring and data in nurse's office visiting records. In Japan, mental health problems are getting varied and the number of patients are increasing; it is said that mental health problems appear as internal manifestations particularly among early elementary graders. Among nurse's office visitors in our school, the percentage of internal manifestations as a reason for visiting is higher than the national average. The article concluded with listing expected future efforts for early detections and pre-emptive moves, including environmental arrangements of the nurse's office.
