I taught a class based on the theory of Joshua Greene. The aim of the class was to nurture a culture of politics. To give students opportunities to be more metacognitive, I used thought experiments such as the Trolley Problem. Through learning moral judgement, students judged their own decision-making by using their metacognitive abilities. The results of my experiments indicate that my class would raise students’ awareness of their views: it is hard to determine that only one view was absolutely right while the others were wrong.
