This paper reports the effectiveness of the practice of ""the Period for Integrated Study"" for the 7th grade students. In this course, the students acquired the basic research method that they will need in the advanced course of ""the Period for Integrated Study ""next academic year. They were studied the basic method of presentation, interview, questionnaire survey, how to use internet, and raising conscious of ""Barrier-free"". Also they learned how to cooperate each other in the groups.
