A purpose of this article is to examine a role of the school education judging from a tectonic development theory of Kegan. I considered it in the next procedure.
① I survey it on the basis of process of the publication of study works of DeSeCo and consider interpretation of "Reflectivity" in Japan.
② I confirm it about the association between "Reflectivity" and tectonic development theory of Kegan.
③ I take up the present conditions of the learner who received maltreatment to think about a role of the school education judging from a tectonic development theory of Kegan.
④ I focus on a role of the school education judging from a tectonic development theory of Kegan particularly national language education and consider it.
