Abstract
This paper is based on the questionnaire survey of “Angers and Coping Methods of Chinese Students in Japan”. Using SPSS to analyze the correlation between the anger experience and the duration of the stay, it is found that there is a weak negative correlation that the shorter the duration is, the less experience they accumulate. Based on previous researches, on one hand, according to the reasons of anger, the experience is classified into Japanese behavior patterns, prejudice, temporary victimization, public issues, etc. On the other hand, according to the directions of anger, the coping methods are divided into directing to the person (opposite or third party), directing to some objective things and shifting the attention through other activities, etc. Compared with previous studies, we can see that the anger experience and coping methods in intercultural communication are more or less different from those in the communication between the natives.
