空洞化を考える : 広島市の場合 <論説>

本稿は先の論稿に続いて空洞化問題を都市や地域の視点から論じたものである。ケースとして企業城下町型の産業構造を持つ広島市の空洞化の現状を取り上げながら, 空洞化問題を一般性のある議論にすることを目的とした。それに続いて, いくつかの提言を行った。それらは, 大きく地域ビジョンの策定に関連する問題, 企業間関係に代表される価値システム構築の問題, さらには基本的インフラストラクチャの構築にかかわる問題の3つに分けてそれぞれ留意しなければいけないことがらについて論じた。

The purpose of this paper is to deal with the hollwing out effect of industry, based on our two preceding articles. We take the case of Hiroshima city characterized as a typical city dominated by a big company. But, due to the long lasting recession, Hiroshima city has been seriously damaged. In order to make recovery of Hiroshima city, we propose three main themes, concerning the issues of the formation of domain, value system and basic infrastructures of Hiroshima city, respectively.
