Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the real situation of the qualitative guarantee on one conspicuous case, Jyväskylä University, which has trained especially high-quality teachers in Finland. In addition to the literature study, face to face interview was conducted and clarified the structure of curriculum, the transition of portfolio, and the present situation of pre-service education. Some suggestions were obtained about the improvement of teacher training education in our country including the effective use of portfolio.
