安全衛生に関する大学間連携についての考察 : 中国・四国地区国立大学等の労働安全衛生に関する事例から <原著>

中国・四国地区大学等による安全衛生協議会での安全衛生に関する取り組みについて,課題を整理し,検討するとともに,将来の中国・四国地区大学間の安全衛生に関する連携の可能性について考察した。その結果,以下のことが考えられた。
1) 安全衛生協議会では,専門的なテーマの討議とともに,初任者も参加しやすい分科会などの対応が必要である。
2) 安全衛生協議会は,大学間連携の取り組みとして,各大学の安全衛生管理の状況を把握できる簡易的なデータベースを構築し,中国・四国版の安全衛生に関するガイドライン(チエックリスト)を作成しており,さらなる改善を行いたい。
3) 今後の大学間連携として,安全衛生教育用教材の共有化やスタッフ教育の合同実施などが考えられる。
4)国立大学,高専等,私学,他の団体等との情報共有をはかり,連携を密にしていく必要がある。

The purpose of this study is to consider the cooperation between the universities of the Chugoku-Shikoku region in the National University Council for the safety and health. The results are listed below.
1) In the meeting of the Council not only a discussion of a technical theme, but also a seminar for first designation person should be held.
2) As an action of the cooperation between universities, we build the simple database to grasp the situation of the safety and health management of each university, and the guidelines on Chugoku- Shikoku version“ Check List" about the safety and health.
3) As future cooperation communization of the teaching materials or joint enforcement of the staff education are considered.
4) The information sharing and cooperation among national universities, technical colleges, the private schools, and other groups are necessary.
