This article unfolds a critical writing which articulates the discussion on transitional justice among Taiwanese indigenous peoples to the Japanese colonial responsibility. There have been movements of both studies and reconciliation by local cultural activists which are related to Truku War/ Battle and Wushe Incident, while President Tsai Ing-wen apologized historical injustice to indigenous peoples in 2016. The Japanese colonial responsibility has gradually been questioned among such a movement by Taiwanese indigenous peoples. This article tries to represent such movements in detail and present their voices since colonial past.
