In this paper, we investigate sentences with misuse of passive in the 'YUK Tagged Chinese Speaker Japanese Learners' Composition Corpus' (Yukang, 2015), and classify the passivity type of Shiba (Shiba, 2012a), by the extent and seriousness of misuse. We examined Japanese passive abuse type of Chinese learners from this viewpoint, classified and analyzed them. (l)The broad misuse type of misuse distribution is most typical of I result type, II logical relation type, and utterance type to the AA counterpart. Notable misuse types are AI psychology / physiological state type, I execution type, I expression type, I display type, I perceptual type, I characteristic definition type, I limited type, I position change type, I state change type, I utterance Type, I intellectual recognition type, I judgment type, I abstract existential type, I social evaluation thinking promise utterance type, II influence relation type. These types are highly likely to be fossilized. (2) Types of high seriousness are "I phenotype," "I discovery type" "II logical relation type" "AI psychological/ physiological state type," and "utterance type to AA partner." Because these types are of the type that is different from the Chinese language expression, interference from the mother tongue is strong, and the misuse is the most serious type. Through the above analysis, we can infer the difficulty of acquiring Japanese passive sentences. That is, most of the AI sentences, the II sentences, and the I sentences, "utterance type to the AA partner" and the like are difficult to learn, and there is a high possibility of fossilization.
