家庭科教育における生活時間の計画化 <原著論文>

本稿の目的は, 高等学校家庭科の「生活時間と労力の管理」という項目の中の「生活時間の計画化」という分野を題材として, 生活時問研究と家庭科教育学研究との結びつきを検討することである。高等学校家庭科の学習指導要領を検討したあと, 一般の生活時間研究の分野における生活時間の計画化に関連する研究の流れを整理するとともに, 高等学校家庭科の生活一般の教科書の記述から生活時間の計画化のあつかいを分析した。高等学校家庭科における生活時間と労力の管理の分野は生活時間研究の成果をふまえて教育内容がつくられている。しかしながら, 生活時間の計画化の分野の教育内容は生活時間研究の成果と結びついていない。このような研究と教育との乖離がみられるのは, 家庭科教育があつかう生活時間の計画化が, 生活の向上という倫理・道徳と結びついており, 現在の生活時間研究においては, こうした倫理・道徳の観点からの研究がほとんどなされていないからである。

This paper examines the relationship between time budget research and home economics education. Home economics education includes topic on time use planning of individuals or family. On the contrary, time budget research is focused on analyzing main trends and subgroup differences in allocation of time. The author examined the textbooks of home economics in senior high school. The analysis shows that in the textbooks there are many results of time budget research followed by statements about time use. However, there are few models in time budget research dealing with time use planning. Time budget research has not been concerned with time use planning because of ethical reasons. It can be said that there is difference between time budget research and home economics education with regards to time use planning.
