近代家族教育論における理想的母親像の形成 : ペスタロッチーの妻アンナ像の受容をめぐって

The Establishment of an Image of the ideal Mother in the Theory of Modern Home Education : The Receptin of an Image of Pestalozzi' s Wife Anna

Since 1987, there are new tendency of Pestalozzi research. In this tendency, Mrs.Anna, Pestalozzi's wife, appeared one of the modern woman who thought and behaved herself. In Japan, from early 20th century, Anna has regarded as the most suitabale wife for Pestalozzi, because of her perseverances and submissions, and this view still remains today. The purpose of this paper is to make clear the reason why the image of Anna has unchanged in Japan.

The reason why Anna has idolized is explained from two points. One is the influences of "a principle of good wife and wise mother (Ryosai Kenbo Syugi)" as a national policy in Japan. And another is the influences of the social class that received the Pestalozzi's educational ideas in Japan. As the result, it is important for the re-interpretation of Pestalozzi to think about the influences of the national policy and the social structure of the times received his ideas.
