Abstract
The present study, as part of a series of studies on kanji and the guiding marks added beside the kanji in the Kyogyoshinsho text. These guiding marks are the kana equivalents to the kanji and accent marks indicating the kan-on pronunciation. From the analysis, the following results have been obtained:1. Most of the kanji used in the Kyogyoshinsho text were pronouonced in go-on(呉音).2. Some of the kanji were pronounced in kan-on(漢音).3. The kana and accent marks indicating the kan-on pronunciation were added beside the quotations from the three Buddhist scriptures. the Benshoron, the Ryujojodomon, and the Rakuhobunrui, and they were also added beside some of Shinran's previous writings, such as the letters and the funeral oration the the memory of his mentor, Honen.4. When the texts were written, the three above-mentioned Buddhist scriptures and Shinran's own texts were conventionally read in kan-on. It is presumed that Shinran followed this custom and pronounced the kanji of these parts in kan-on.
親鸞筆『教行信証』は呉音読中心資料でありながら、比較的多くの漢音を交える。その漢音は、以下のものの引用箇所に集中して現れる。1.『辨正論』 2.『龍舒浄土文』 3.『楽邦文類』 4.親鸞自身の文書これらは、漢音読されるのが当時一般的であって、親鸞は、当時の慣習に従って漢音を加点したと考えられる。
