The Necessity of Learning of the Concept on "Surplus" in Economic Education : form a Part of the Construction of Economics for Education Training Courses

Abstract
A purpose of this paper is to suggest a necessity of construction of economic education for teachers training courses. The acquisition of the teachers' licenses of social studies in junior high school and civics in high school is possibility to study only one course on economics in current law. To train high quality teachers, this paper emphasizes a teaching method to make understanding on market mechanism. This paper, especially, presents necessity to introduce the concept on "Surplus" to the teachers training courses and the textbook for the secondary school.
