Abstract
I have written Narushima Nobuyuki's career from 1689 to 1738 in series. This paper contains a revised and expanded edition of the chronological record (6), (8) and (11), and his career in 1739.

In March, he dedicated the cherry blossoms of Asukayama to Reizei Tamehisa, who came to Edo as a messenger of the Emperor.

In autumn, Tokugawa Shogunate requested four court nobles, including Reizei Tamehisa, to write Meisho Waka, Japanese poems related to places famed in poetry. Tokugawa Yoshimune, the eighth Shogun, ordered his inner circle, including Nobuyuki, to compose Musashi-no-kuni Meisho Waka. So they tried to complete it while they were referring to Meisho Waka.
