| Abstract |
周産期医療に携わるものは、染色体に関する以下の事項について正しい知識を身に付けておく必要がある。1.染色体の基本構造、遺伝子との関連、分析法、細胞分裂と染色体、染色体異常の種類および発生機序。2.出生前診断などの産科臨床でよく遭遇する染色体異常の問題。3.ヒトの生殖と染色体異常との関係。4.18トリソミ一に関する正しい理解。5.染色体検査を実施する場合の患者への配慮。
It is very important to have knowledge of clinical cytogenetics listed below, in prenatal and perinatal medicine. 1. Basic construction. relationship between chromosome and gene. method of chromosomal analysis. cell cycle and chromosome, chromosomal abnormalities and cytological origin. 2. Chromosomal abnormalities in clinical genetics in prenatal and perinatal medicine. 3. Chromosomal abnormalities in human reproduction. 4. Accurate understanding in trisomy 18. 5. A principle in chromosome analysis -consideration for patients-.
