自閉スペクトラム症児・者のきょうだいのための支援プログラム開発に関する基礎的研究

わが国では、障害児・者のきょうだい支援について、1963年から行われてきているが、今現在十分に整備されていない。そこで、家庭状況に困難が起こりやすいと言われる自閉スペクトラム症（ASD）の同胞が含まれるきょうだい構成のある家庭と、無い家庭に対して家族QOL アセスメント（日本版FQOL Scale）を実施し比較した。その中で差の見られた項目についてインタビュー項目を作成し、ASD 同胞のある４家庭にインタビューを行い、SCAT（大谷，2019）により分析した。その結果、「きょうだい・同胞間の分離をする配慮」、「きょうだいのための外出支援」、「家庭内へ出向く支援」、「同胞理解へのきょうだい支援」、「きょうだい理解への同胞支援」、「きょうだいの同胞が同学校にいることによるネガティブな経験を受けないための支援」、「学校へのきょうだい理解の啓発」、「学校への各種障害理解への啓発」、「きょうだい同士のピアカウンセリングのような場」、「きょうだい個々のアイデンティティを重要視した支援」などの必要性が示唆された。

In Japan, support for siblings of children with disabilities has been conducted since 1963, but even now it is not fully developed. Therefore, we conducted a family QOL assessment (Japanese version of the FQOL Scale) for families with and without siblings with autism spectrum disorder, which is considered to cause difficulties in the family situation, and compared them. Then, interview items were created for the items that showed differences among them, and interviews were conducted with four families with ASD compatriots, and the results were analyzed by SCAT (Otani, 2019). The results suggested the need for “Consideration to separate siblings and compatriots”, “Support for siblings to go out”, “Support for home visits by supporters”, “Support for siblings to understand their ASD peers”, “Support for ASD peers to understand their siblings”, “Support for siblings to avoid negative experiences of being in the same school”, “Promote understanding of siblings in schools”, “Promote understanding of various disabilities in schools”, “A place for peer counseling between siblings”, and “Support that respects the identity of each sibling”.
